Inflating the balloons allows quick and complete hemostasis. Saline solution can be injected easily with the balloons. the spring-loaded valves keep the seal secure after inflation.

The balloons stop bleeding, so there is no need to tighten tourniquets so much. There is no worry about injuring blood vessel even in lengthy operation will be achieved if the special VASCULAMPs are used in place of tourniquets.
